Susan Kitchen

Susan brings a broad scope of experience to real estate sales as a Broker in Charge & Certified Brokerage Manager(R) with multiple transactions in residential, investment properties, villas, equity shares, and boat slips. With adaptabilty and resourcefulness, Susan applies her Midwestern work ethics to the sale or purchase of your home. After beginning careers in sales, hospitality and aerospace engineering in Detroit, Susan and Richard, her husband of 28 years, made their home in Bluffton in 2007. In her spare time, Susan enjoys attending rock concerts, reading, Lowcountry wildlife and visiting historical and natural landmarks.
