Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, where I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, I worked in the field of Graphic Arts, specializing in the design and development of marketing and publishing materials for various production and publication companies. I fell in love with the fabulous Florida Keys with its tropical colors and climate and became a permanent resident in 1994, melding my talents and abilities into the field of real estate. I believe that I bring to the LoKation Real Estate Team a unique combination of knowledge, talents and experience.

From my three-year experience as a Legal Assistant to a real estate attorney, I gained invaluable insight and knowledge regarding the workings of the legal and technical aspects involved in real estate, from dealing with the intricate issues of land use, to assisting with closings. From my years as a Marketing Director for a real estate company, I have developed specialized marketing skills, which I have utilized in developing my unique and successful marketing style and approach. With my experience as a graphic designer, I have developed an ability to grab the viewer's eye, which I apply to my real estate marketing and direct marketing materials in order to best present my customers' properties in an eye-catching manner that sets them apart from the rest. In today's market, it is important to not only find the right property for the right person, is it also valuable to be well versed in short sales and foreclosures. I am a Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist and am proud of being able to help many sellers out of stressful situations by successfully closing their short sales.

The Keys is a beautiful place to live and vacation! This magnificent chain of islands has served as a splendid backdrop and inspiration for my passion for real estate. I am dedicated to and passionate about my real estate career; whether you are a buyer or a seller I work equally hard for both. I always go the extra mile to make the deal happen! My honesty, integrity, upbeat personality and expertise in my field are the keys to my success.

When I am not busy with real estate I enjoy boating, biking, swimming and my hobby of fine art painting. I am a member of the Florida Keys Council of the Arts and also a member of the Florida Keys Artist's Guild and the Purple Isles Artist's Guild. My artwork can be found in Out on a Whim, at Treasure Village. I find that living in the Keys provides a constant series of opportunities to enjoy and appreciate the wonder of the art of island, ocean, nature and sun everywhere one turns. I have learned that there is an art to bringing together the right property with the right person: the right picture with the right frame.
