Sue has helped us a lot over the last 3 years. We met her in 2018 when we were thinking of selling. Instead of pushing us to list, she talked to us about the current market, the pros and cons of listing at the time and told us that she would be available to help. We decided to wait, but she still showed us some homes when we wanted, without any obligation, or push for us to make an offer in the following years. In March of 2021, we were ready to buy and sell. She helped us find the home that we purchased in April. She then helped us list and sell our home in May. She worked very hard in both transactions to make sure that we got what we wanted, and were protected. Sue is a no-nonsense agent, and will do whatever she can to help. We highly recommend her, as she is professional, helpful, and will walk you through every step of the way. If you are new to buying or selling homes, she won't judge, and will guide you every step of the way until settlement.

My wife and I met Sue back in 2017 when we were interested in buying a home. She must have taken us to see 30 homes in our search and never once complained about us not being able to make up our minds. She ultimately found us the perfect house and stayed in our corner throughout the purchase/closing process.Fast forward to late 2019, and we again contacted Sue.....but this time to sell the house. She immediately engaged with us and went over and above her normal duties. She created a fantastic listing for the house and got immediate interest in it.However, shortly after the initial listing, our house developed an unforeseen and unfortunate issue that required a significant amount of cleanup time and costs. My family and I had already moved across the country, but Sue was our eyes and ears on the ground during the cleanup process, which was a tremendous help. Almost immediately after the cleanup was completed and the house was relisted, the house was sold (listed for less than two weeks total time).Sue is fantastic and we can't say enough great things about her. There's no better feeling than having a real estate agent that is undoubtedly in your corner and isn't afraid to tell you the truth about your expectations when you're making the most important decisions of your life.Thumbs up, without a doubt.
