Susan was recommended to my wife and I several years ago to help us buy this house and we got along like a house on fire, as the saying goes. Sue is more than a Real Estate Agent and is by far the best professional I have ever worked with. She is not afraid to tell you how to position your house to attract buyers and has the team to get your house sold for the most money, FAST! We had 2 full price offers on a Friday morning at 8am (no one had even stepped into the house) and she worked tirelessly all weekend to conduct over 50 showings to produce 17 offers. Her feedback on staging, the pictures and videographer on the web attracted offers from people who never stepped into the house. Any other agent would have stopped the showings earlier but not Sue- Friday am all the way to Sunday Night!!!! We had a 12 week search and she looked at numerous properties 3-4 times and she never showed any signs of frustration. She wanted what was right for us, not her and didnt care how many times we wanted to see the properties. Sue also brought in her experts to help us evaluate pricing for work so we had the whole picture and were making the right decision. These experts allowed us to make the right decision on not going after certain properties. I felt at times that Sue was also our attorney, guiding us thru the protocol for the offer, contracts and other legal guidelines. Sue educated us more than our attorney and I felt that she was helping us manage the bank and legal process so we didnt miss anything. Sue also has a strong, reliable following of trades to help with the items to get the house sold from septic pumping/testing to electrical and plumbing. Her referrals were high quality and did not overcharge like some tend to do when they know you have to sell. What really sets Sue apart from other agents I have worked with is her ability to provide candid feedback on how to proceed and her knowledge of cape code properties and the nuances of the cape. Sue was there by our side from beginning to end, even after selling our house and buying the new. We never felt like she got her commission and was done with us. I firmly believe when you retain Sue to sell your house, you are hiring an expert with a lot of resources. I highly recommend Sue to anyone who wants to sell OR purchase a house. She is amazing and very talented and LOVES her job!!!

Sue and I created a beautiful relationship beyond agent/seller. We clicked immediately. She is not the typical agent as you are the seller, shell do her best. Oh no, from day one she came with that warm, gentle smile of hers. She and I sat down, went over my home and what I wanted to ask for it. Sue agreed not because its what I wanted to hear, instead, she voiced her vintage opinion as to why my home was worth it. I love her style and it never changed during the showings, the offerings, the final deal. We found Susan by interviewing four different realtors and asking for a frank estimate of the proper marketing price for our Cape real estate. Susans presentation was the least glossy, and the most accurate. She predicted and delivered a higher selling price than any of her colleagues, and her estimate was surpassed. She handled many of the details in preparing the property for sale, far more than one might expect. She kept her cool when some actors on the other side of the deal began to lose their wits. She is smart, industrious, patient, wise. A real gem.

I had a challenging property to sell. It had a gorgeous view, yet the house needed work and the septic needed replacement tho it was in working fine. Susan knew how to handle it and who to call for bids and estimates. She hung in there when the going was tough with the conservation boards and board of healths indecisions. it took awhile but all came through. She is also very resourceful being Cape Codder herself and has a great sense of humor!
