Susan was an asset from the start. She is great to communicate with and knows her business. For years she updated me with community real-estate information so it seemed natural to work with her on selling my home. We discussed what my expectations were, worked on a plan to get the home sold as soon as possible, and completed that in 3 weeks. She followed through on every aspect double and triple-checked paperwork and consistently communicated with me the buyer and Title company.

Susan has been our Realtor for over 5 years now. She is the Best of the Best! She recently worked with us to sell our second home and she was amazing. We had a buyer in less than three weeks and even though it was during Christmas, she was always there for us! She took care of absolutely everything. From the first day I saw Susan, I told her I would like her to help me when I am ready to purchase my home, and I am glad I did. Susan is not like other realtors who are just trying to have a closing done no matter what - she is passionate about what she does and wants her clients to be happy. So we spent at least 12 months looking for a house. We put in multiple offers, and Susan has always been patient with us throughout the whole time; when we look at a house, the first question Susan asks is, " do you like it? and if your answer is not a " yes I love it " she already looking for the next one. So thank you, Susan, for everything you do for us and for being you (passionate, caring, professional, and dedicated). I would give you way more than 5 starts if I could. You are special!
