Susan was absolutely amazing as both my sellers agent and then again as my buyers agent. I struggled with my buyer who was extremely difficult to work with and Susan took over and handled everything in an extremely professional manner. She had to deal with this individual at all hours of the day and night and of course he absolutely refused to go through his agent as required. So, she was always having to run interference to keep him off of me. The bank had some weird issues when buying my new place and Susan was able to resolve those issues as well. Her knowledge and professionalism are above and beyond what you hope for when looking for an agent and I cant possible say enough good things about working with her. Just know you are in the most capable hands with Susan as your agent.
