ZillowVERIFIEDI worked with Susan on both a buy and sell transaction and was less than pleased with the service I received from Susan. Susan was slow in communicating and I felt, not engaged with either transaction. I had to have several conversations with her about her lack of communication and attention to my transactions. In addition, I felt she did not fully represent me and my best interests in the negotiation process. She was also very ambiguous about the commission structure and her willingness to work with me in light of the fact that I gave her two separate transactions in a short period of time. Whether with phone conversations or face-to-face meetings, it all had to be done at her convenience and all coordination and communication with contractors had to be done by myself. Bottom line, the only stress I felt through both transactions was working with Susan.

She gave me advice on what price I should put my house on the market for and was not pushy about me taking her advice. I trusted her and the process went just as she predicted. She was always available for any questions or advice I needed from her and responded in a timely manner. She made what can be a stressful process go through seamlessly. The thing I enjoyed the most about Susan is she made me feel like family when we talked. Very trustworthy and I would refer her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Dave on the recent purchase our home was a dream. We moved to NM from MI and we were buying and selling a house at the same time so there was a lot of coordination involved. Dave went above and beyond - interviewing MI realtors to find just the right one and working with that realtor to ensure timelines for both homes matched up. Dave was our complete representative during the process as we purchased the house site unseen (less a virtual walkthrough thanks to Dave). He advised us on home inspections issues, was at the house so a contractor could give us a bid on a project and everything in between. When we walked in the house having never seen it in person we were ecstatic-it exceeded our expectations. Dave was always there with a calm and comforting demeanor when I started going into panic mode. PICK DAVE! I cannot recommend him enough.
