Susan was a recommendation to us(my wife and I) from a couple we met at the earliest point in the home sale process. To make a long story short Susan came over to our house one day after making contact and we liked her immediately. She was friendly and professional and presented a plan for selling our home that made the impossible seem possible. Our circumstances were unique and Susan used her experience in the industry to help us through a very difficult process. We found her to be very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. We ended up going through several iterations of offers and Susan carefully walked us through the entire process explaining the options and making reccomendations where needed. She was always on top of the negotiations with the other realtor and honest with her assessment on what to expect. She was extremely helpful and confident which made us feel at ease. Always excited to talk about good news and encourage us when we needed it. We had an incredible experience that turned out better than we could have ever expected. We were very pleased and fortunate to have her as our Realtor.

Highly unethical and unresponsive realtor. She had a pretty serious conflict of interest which she neglected to reveal to all of the parties involved in the transaction. She slowed down the process several times by frequently being unreachable and, at times, outright dishonest. She openly blamed the other realtor involved in the transaction for all of the issues- when it turned out, in the end, that most of the problems were her fault. When we finally met the homeowners face to face, they apologized profusely for us having to deal with her. That's when all of her lies came to light and we all realized what had been going on. I really wish I had reached out to the homeowners directly earlier in the process- but, like many people, I trusted the realtor to be honest and do her job. Oh, and she didn't even show up to closing. What a joke. We stood around with the homeowners and joked about what a terrible realtor she had been. Glad I'll never have to deal with her again.
