Sue guided us thru the process of selling our family home of 52 years. Our home was listed with multiple offers in three days and a Purchase Agreement on the fourth day, a tribute to her knowledge of the market. I used Sue as a buyer's and seller's agent. I couldnt have been more satisfied with the services and support Sue provided for both processes. While the process of home buying was much more difficult than Id imagined, Sue gave me excellent guidance, unflagging availability, and thorough real estate knowledge. Particular high points were helping me deal with a seller who ended up behaving in a sketchy manner after Id made an offer, and received acceptance. During the process of selling my home Sue again provided unwavering support and expertise when the buyer's agent attempted to broaden the terms of the purchase agreement.
