It was a pleasure working with Suresh. We sold our rental property in a neighborhood that Suresh knows very well, so he was able to provide solid advice and pricing recommendations. He was always available through text, and if I called him and didnt reach him, he would always return my call within an half hour. We made it challenging for Suresh, as we had tenants in the property during much of the listing period, but he formed a great relationship with the tenants and was very flexible with some of their limitations. Very knowledgeable and professional, would use him again!

Buying a home or property can be stressfull and overwhelming for even the most experienced home buyer, but with the guidance of our realtor Mr. Suresh Khemlani you will feel at ease throughout the entire process. This is my second purchase of a property with the assistance of Mr Suresh Khemlani, and it was a pleasure. He never lets you feel rushed or pressured into buying a property you do not want or will not enjoy. It makes the process so much easier when you have a realtor with the right experience, connection and ability to guide you from the beginning to receiving your keys to a brand new property. He takes care of it all, from connection to a mortgage/loan company to reviewing all documentation that is processed for sale and purchase.
