It was a pleasure working with Suresh. We sold our rental property in a neighborhood that Suresh knows very well, so he was able to provide solid advice and pricing recommendations. He was always available through text, and if I called him and didnt reach him, he would always return my call within an half hour. We made it challenging for Suresh, as we had tenants in the property during much of the listing period, but he formed a great relationship with the tenants and was very flexible with some of their limitations.
