We had a few local relators that were very rude and only really saw us as young buyers who's budget wasn't big enough. We had the genuine pleasure of coming across Sunshine. She really took time to listen to us and didn't judge us for having a 100k max budget. She was open to the things we didn't like, and shared her insight too.
