Home Buying process has been rather a long journey for us.. Almost an year.. For us, as a first-time home buyer, Sunita has been very patient throughout the process, never pushed us into buying something she wasn't convinced about... As a first-time home buyer, there is a lot a learn, and I can certainly say that she is the best when it comes to explaining stuff from the very basics... She was always available and very prompt (this is a must) due to the highly competitive bay area market, you need to respond quick (doesn't matter day or late midnight.. weekday or weekend).. She has spent hours and hours going through inspection reports in details, providing red flags if any, and so on.... For us, we also had cold feet on one of the property after we deposited the Earnest money. She handled the situation very well and got us our full money back.. After putting multiple offers, and not able to buy due to competition, we started losing hope. and Right at that time, she found a property which matched/exceeded all our criteria's (and well within our budget), and she seller was ready to accept preemptive offer. She took the prompt action, we made the offer the same day, and got the property before it hit the market. Really amazed with the speed with which she worked on this with us. The closing process has been very smooth as well. She also tried to get some extra work done (aside from contract terms).. really appreciate her thought process about securing her client's interest.
