Summer was a fantastic realtor. Her knowledge of the area and intuitive notions of what we were looking for were top notch. She allowed us to sort through tons of listings on our own, answering any questions we had about specific properties along the way. This made us feel confident and in control of our search. She set a specific search for our criteria and would send us those listings to review as they passed through her filters. She seemed to always be at our disposal when it came time to looking at properties and filling out paperwork. There was never any time wasted, and yet we never felt as if we were being rushed along.
