I cannot say enough good things about Shelly, Summer and their team at Re/Max. I work overseas for the Department of Defense. Upon my departure in 2018, I rented my primary residence through a property management company. Around the first of June 2021, I decided to sell my residence. I contacted about five realtors inquiring if they would be interested in listing my house. Only two responded with interest. Only Shelly actively sought my business. My property manager notified my renter that they would have to vacate the house by July 31st. Shelly worked with me to establish a selling price that was both reasonable and met my expectations. Unfortunately, my renter did not want to vacate. My renter resisted allowing Shelly to inspect the house, resisted keeping the For Sale sign in the yard, resisted opening the house to prospective buyers. Though all this Shelly and her team worked patiently with the renter and the property manager to promote the sale of the house. Shelly listed my house within two weeks. I received an offer above my asking price within one day.Since I am overseas, Shelly and her team worked extra hard to prepare the house for sale. They funded minor repairs to the house agree to forgo payment until closing. She worked with the Title Company and my friend who represented me at the closing. She kept me completely informed of every aspect of the preparation, sale, and closing. She answered every question I had quickly and accurately.I cannot recommend Shelly and her team enough. I only wish she could help me purchase a house in Tennessee. Whoever, I choose to work with in Tennessee will have very big shoes to fill. Shelly and her team set a standard of excellence that will be hard to match.
