ZillowVERIFIEDWe had the absolute BEST experience with Summer and Alexa! We were referred by a friend and previous client of theirs and let me just say we werent disappointed. We went outside their usual area up to Brooksville and they were there, responsive and hard at work. We had a previous similar house to what we bought that went off the market before we could sell it and Alexa kept in contact with the selling realtor who eventually sent her similar houses going on the market in the next couple days and we jumped hard and fast. They got our offer accepted late at night & when the seller wanted to keep the house on the market through the weekend and we were thrilled! We opted to go with all of their recommended vendors (home inspection, home insurance, lender etc.) and again we werent disappointed. Summer does her homework and works with only the best and those she is confident in for her buyers and that shows. If for any reason we ever needed to buy another house or sell ours, I know who I would exactly go back to and I honestly cant recommend these two enough. Buying our house felt seamless and easy for us cause we had a team behind us who made it that way.
