Sue and Erin are a great team who go above and beyond. I contacted them to sell a duplex I had inherited when a tenant who had lived there for 65 years moved out. The duplex needed a lot of work to get it presentable to list. Sue and Ern advised me on what needed to be done, gave me resources to help get the work done and helped monitor the work and workers. They were knowledgeable on setting the just right price that created a lot of interest immediately. We got multiple offers that were over list price. Throughout the process of getting the duplex ready, listing it and closing I was often out of state.
