Sue Mitchell and Erin Casey

Sue Mitchell began selling Coastal properites at the beach in 1991! She moved to North Tustin in 1996 and rekindled her love of real estate by starting her own brokerage, Sur West Homes in 2010. She has successfully handled everything from the purchase and sale of single family starter homes to high end residences. Prior to entering real estate Sue was a Certified Public Accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick. She also worked as a corporate controller and finance manager for both a commercial builder and a large Southern California home builder where she gained insight into construction, lending and sales and marketing.

Sue worked at Prudential California Realty's Newport Beach office where she was consistently ranked in the Top 10 and received the Presidents Award numerous times.

Sue has sold dozens of homes in the beach areas of Corona del Mar and Newport Beach, Costa Mesa and throughout Tustin and North Tustin. She has handled relocation, short sales, helped her clients with loan modifications, 1031 exchanges, and provided leasing and property management services. In addition, Sue has an extensive network of realtors throughout CA and the country and can help her clients find outstanding real estate services anywhere.

Erin's passion for real estate began while working for the Los Angeles Times and is strengthened by her extensive experience in sales. Her interest continued as her husband, a custom home builder in Orange County, built properties in North Tustin, Shady Canyon, and Newport Coast.

Having lived in North Tustin most of her life, married to her husband, Tim, for over 30 years, now with two grown sons. Connor lives in NYC and graduated from Ohio State and Ryan graduated from Boston University and lives in Newport Beach. Life is busy... but whose isn't? With a daily addiction to exercise and a love for baking and travel Erin and Tim lead an active lifestyle.They love traveling and adventures in dining as well as staying involved with family, local charities and sports, and enjoying life!
