Sue is not only a consummate professional, she also loves what she does. She has the best attitude! Sue was extremely helpful to my husband and me in our search for a new home to rent. She spent several hours taking us to tour home after home and then submitting our applications to the ones we liked. Then she would follow up to let us know the status of our applications. We have been renting an apartment, so we were very new to this process. As a result, we had a lot of questions for her. She was so kind and always quickly responded to our texts and emails. We felt like we were bothering her, but she kept saying that it's what she does and she loves it. And we know she genuinely feels that way. We are renters for now, but when we are ready to buy, we will definitely be contacting Sue to help us find a home. She treated us more like friends than customers. I can't say enough nice things about Sue. Keep in mind this all happened during COVID, so I know it was extra work on her part to help us, but she never let us feel like it was an inconvenience.
