Began my real estate career as a part-time agent in Fairfax, Va in the mid 1980s. Moved to Bonita Springs, Fl in 1995 and continued as a full-time agent. My services are specific to each client depending on their wants/needs and requirements, including listing and selling properties in all of SW Florida. Specifically resale homes/condos, new homes built on the clients own lot, and developers new communities (which there are numerous) with incentives, both dollar wise and up-grades. Listed properties are marketed to every available source to ensure that they are getting the exposure necessary for a speed sale, Being available days, evenings and weekends, to assure all clients can reach out to me as often as they feel necessary is one of the most valuable things I offer. My services are specific to each client depending on their wants/needs and requirements. Clients are up-dated weekly or more often, as necessary, as to the status of the purchase or sale of their home. The main focus of my business is providing clients the most professional, knowledgeable, reliable and friendly services possible.
