Sue-Ann showed me multiple houses as well as give her honest opinion on each one. There were a few houses that she told me would not be worth my time or money to invest in. Conversely, she made sure to let me know which houses would be a good deal in the current market. Sue-Ann was extremely responsive through the ~2 months we worked together. If I sent her a text after she had gone to bed, she would get an answer back to me first thing in the morning. Otherwise, she would respond extremely quickly. Sue-Ann also help me negotiate several repairs and other costs with the previous owner. Sue-Ann also helped me get a temporary place to stay until I closed on the house, which I am very grateful for. I definitely recommend working with her!
