Straton was everything a homeowner could ask for in an agent. His knowledge of local markets and strategies is outstanding. Straton guided me through the process of selling my home, from start to finish. He often went out of his way to ensure that I had what I needed to prepare my house for sale, even physically participating in some simple repairs. He was always quick to respond to my questions and concerns. His negotiating skills with buyer's agents were brilliant and instrumental in obtaining my original asking price for my home. His honesty, easy manner, and genuine concern for the interest of his clients sets him apart from his peers. I would surmise that he is a credit to his agency and his profession.
