Meet Tony Stoychev - Real Estate Broker & Investor Since 2013, I've been immersed in the world of real estate -- first as an investor, and since 2016 as a licensed real estate broker. My specialty lies in residential properties throughout Chicago's northwest side and the west and northwest suburbs, though I've successfully helped clients across the broader Chicagoland area as well. I'm a dedicated family man with a wonderful wife and two amazing children. When I'm not closing deals, you'll find me playing pickleball, soccer, skiing, or challenging someone to a game of ping pong or tennis. It was truly surprising to be welcomed with such great service. I dont normally take recommendations so seriously but Tony was at every meeting, inspection, home viewing, and even met me at a home at 6am because of my schedule. Gives great input on homes based off FACTS. Seems incredibly genuine throughout the entire process as well. 6 stars easily.

We used Tony's services recently and I have to say that he had all the necessary attributes to buy or sell a property for you. Even in a very difficult market, Tony knows how to drive you through to the deal. There are many agents out there but Tony really knows how to help in all situations you go through. I am also delighted of his recommended parties - lawyer, inspection, mortgage originator, etc. All those people worked and treated us in a very professional manner. Overall, our experience was great and if there was anything negative about him, it would've been something very minor (which I cannot think of to be frank). Thank you, Tony!!!
