ZillowVERIFIEDIf we had to sum up Steven is four words they would be1. Knowledge2. Professional3. Patience4. Always Available!!!!!!!! Our family worked with Steven Steiner for nearly two years to find out perfect waterfront home. Our family had a long checklist of items that were essential to our vacation home and Steven was up for the challenge. I recall many early morning and late evening phone calls with Steven talking about properties and scheduling visits. Although we visited more than 30 properties with him during our two year search, his patience was tremendous as I think we talked about every waterfront home/condo listed during that time. Steven has the tools and support capabilities to help you find your dream home too!!!!!!Note to potential buyers looking for a property in the lakes region:1. Know what you want and write it down (as we visited and viewed properties, our list changed and we kept it updated with Steve for daily email alerts)2. Know what you can afford vs what you are willing to pay3. Do a full home inspection and expect issues to come up (make sure your home inspector is fully insured to cover you from unidentified issues... Steven has a good list for you)4. Speak to your bank before you enter a proposed closing date on a P&S as closing are frequently past due. We tried for 30 days but it ended up being 45 days5.
