Steven Simpson

Steve Simpson is a Realtor(R) with Florida Homes Group serving Orlando and Orange County, along with Polk, Osceola, and Lake counties in Central Florida. His primary residential markets include Horizon West, Winter Garden, Windermere, and Clermont - communities close to his own home that he has watched transform into some of the region's most desirable neighborhoods over the past two decades. He also works within established vacation home communities including Reunion Resort, Champions Gate Resort, Solara Resort, and Storey Lake Resort.

Originally from England, Steve relocated to Orlando and personally understands the financial, logistical, and lifestyle considerations involved in moving to Central Florida. Having made that move himself, he brings genuine firsthand insight to clients navigating relocation from out of state or overseas.

Before entering real estate, Steve owned and operated a construction and plumbing business in England for more than 39 years. That background gives him a sharp understanding of build quality, long-term value, and investment potential that many agents simply don't have. He began investing in Florida real estate in 2003, purchased his Horizon West home in 2007, and has owned and managed multiple investment and vacation properties in the area while also previously operating a property management company in Orlando.

Today, Steve focuses on relocation clients, vacation homes, second homes, local residential resale, and investment property, providing practical guidance and clear communication throughout every stage of the buying and selling process.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys following the Orlando Magic, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Hull City back in England. He also enjoys exploring Central Florida's restaurants and outdoor lifestyle with his French Bulldog, Junior.
