Steven Russell is the BEST Realtor you will every encounter EVER. He is honest, direct, considerate, dripping with Integrity! Steve is Attentive, like you will not believe. You will be treated like you are his ONLY client, at all times. You can call or text or email this man ANYTIME, and he will respond. Not later, NOW. Immediately, thoroughly! He cares about quality and delivering excellent service, like a true professional. From the second he walks in the door, even before you sign with him, he is working for you. He marketed my house so beautifully, so thoroughly. He made sure the pictures and videos were Top Notch. Steve does not believe in doing anything halfway, he does everything correctly, the first time! He would give me updates every week, a few times a week - just remarkable!! Even in this tough market, Steve was able to get my house marketed correctly, increased showing 1000% and got me offers. When we reached the point in the journey where we had multiple offers coming in, he negotiated with only my best interest at heart! Steve really knows the real estate business, he knows the market, he knows what he is doing, NO question. However, through all his skill, his best quality truly is his empathy. He understands what a stressful thing it is to buy / sell house. He is right there with you, talking you through all the critical milestones, with clarity and compassion. How does one summarize WOW? I needed someone fast, efficient, knowledgeable and available in an extremely competitive market. Fate brought me Steve.
