Hi, I'm Steve! Once upon a time I took a road trip down the east coast and ended up in Raleigh. I fell in love with the area, the weather, and the people and knew I'd found home. I purchased my first home shortly thereafter and started getting my hands dirty in real estate (literally) with renovations. I later purchased an investment property and received my MBA, which inspired me to turn real estate into my full time business. When I'm not with clients you'll find me grabbing a beer at the newest local brewery, searching for the next hidden gem restaurant, mingling at Cars and Coffee events, or exploring trails with my wife and our two dogs.
