Unfortunately, I got sick and had to sell, and Steve was there for us every step of the way. He not only helped us sell when another agent couldnt but also checked in on me personally throughout the process. Due to our financial circumstances, we had to do a short sale. If youre a first time homebuyer (or honestly any homebuyer) and youre considering working with Steve, definitely do it! He was so kind, thorough, and helpful throughout the entire home buying process. Not only were my husband and I first time buyers but we were also buying from out of state (NJ) which made things even more intimidating. The process with him was honestly so smooth and easy. No matter what questions we had he always answered and provided his expertise in every area. In an industry that does not always leave good impressions, if you are looking for a good human and also an amazing realtor, look no further than Steve. My family and I were trying to relocate from Texas to Raleigh and I happened to stumble upon Steve. I spoke to him a few times while also interviewing other realtors, and frankly, he was so above and beyond them it was never really a question. Steve set us up quickly in an online portal to be able to look at properties and answered any and all of my questions in depth. Steve is not only one of the talented realtors I have had the pleasure of talking to but one of the best professionals, period. He cares about his clients and the relationship he is building and is not looking for a quick commission. There were multiple properties he could have pushed on us that honestly fit most of our needs but he wanted to find the right home for us, even if that meant continuing to look for months. Steve responds to any communications quickly, is ready to visit a property that may fit your needs, and just has an amazing demeanor and personality. My story ends with us not being able to relocate to Raleigh due to other life circumstances getting in the way and one of the biggest disappointments in that was not being able to continue to work with Steve.
