Steve is hands down the most thoughtful broker I've ever met in LA. He represented my wife and I in the purchase of our first home in LA (Santa Monica) and he immediately impressed me w/ his knowledge of various neighborhoods in SoCal. We were fortunate he was willing to work with us somewhat remotely as we lived in a different state and sent photos and videos beyond what were in listings. Steve is extremely down to earth, and really made an effort to put our minds at ease as a young family buying our first home. Although we ended up finding a home which required a bit of work, Steve was very upfront and realistic about the risks and costs as well as potential future value. His background as a lawyer meant he acted in a fiduciary capacity when guiding us through negotiations with the seller. I can't recommend Steve enough - we always knew he had our best interest at heart and we look forward to working with him again in the future!
