In addition to his real estate background, Steven acquired marketing, branding and sales experience in consumer health products as the inventor and creator of Strutz(R), a popular "As Seen on TV" product, that helps alleviate common foot pain. He successfully developed marketing and sales distribution for the product nationwide to major drug chains, big box stores, and online.

Raised on Long Island, New York, Steven lived in Manhattan for many years and now resides in Queens, NY. He concentrates in the Manhattan, Queens , and Western Nassau County markets. He holds a Bachelor's in Economics from Emory University and a Juris Doctor from New York Law School. In free time, Steven enjoys hiking, biking, swimming, running, skiing, and cooking for family and friends. He is a triathlete and marathoner, and a supporter of Team Red, White and Blue as well as Leukemia Lymphoma Society/Team-in-Training.
