When a third party appraiser failed to deliver a timely and proper report, which was made worse by an out of state lender that was not very communicative, our Wyoming dream home/property deal was put in serious jeopardy as our closing date came and went. Camarae immediately stepped in to find a workable solution to get us back on track, worked with the sellers agent to keep our offer alive, introduced us to an incredible local lender, and I'm happy to say we were not only able to set a new closing date quickly but we successfully met that deadline! But that customer-focused service was not just limited to dealing with unforeseen and rare issues that popped up with what should have been a straightforward home purchase. Throughout the entire process, Camarae and the Steve Laakso Real Estate Team were very responsive and helpful. From responding quickly to my initial email, to showing properties, negotiating a deal, ensuring documents were quickly reviewed and signed, and talking via email, phone and text, my wife and I were constantly being updated and treated as a priority. We could not have closed this deal without Camarae.
