Steve was absolutely great to work with on selling my home and purchasing a new one. His knowledge and expertise was needed and greatly appreciated as I was in the house for 47 years so never had the experience of selling one. Steve explained everything to me so that I was very well informed going into and during the process. He gave great advice and was always there when I needed him. I am awaiting the completion of my new house and will be moving in as soon as it is done. I would absolutely recommend Steve if you are thinking of selling or buying a home. And Jason Houde and Hollis OBrien who work with Steve are also great. Always there when I needed them. I give Steve and his group 5 stars and highly recommend them.

I had not sold or bought a house in over 30 years so I was a bit rusty going into the process....But, I had no worries with Steve. He was on target with everything, including how to prepare and price the house to sell. He was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the process and made it all go so smoothly in every step along the way. He was honest and direct and did a great job in explaining everything well. He was always there for me with any questions and always had the answers.. He was always busy behind the scenes and he definitely went above and beyond my expectations in a real estate agent. Jason and the Kanniard Realty Group were great to work with. We bought and sold with them. Jason had a great recommendation for a home inspector that did a fantastic job for our home inspection. Jason did a great job negotiating for us in a multiple offer situation for our new home. He was always available and made the process simple. The team at Kanniard Realty are extremely professional and made the process of buying and selling easy. They sold our house in 36 hours for above our asking price. They did a tremendous job marketing the property so we sold quick which allowed us to get the perfect house for us.

I have bought two homes and sold one with the help of Jason (Jay) and his organization. Jay is knowledgeable and puts forth excellent effort to help and guide his clients. Jay travelled large distances at the worst times of day to look at homes with me when I asked. His structural knowledge of homes helped me decide, plan, and negotiate on homes.
