* STEVE GETS RESULTS!!! * This was our first time working with Steve. It was a great experience! We hired him to sell our rental house in Modesto as part of a 1031 exchange, which made it extremely important that he price the property properly, sell it quickly and be super responsive to us so that we complied with all 1031 requirements. By the way, we had to do much of this while we were traveling overseas so, Steve had to manage a 13 hr time zone difference. He exceeded our expectations, which is something we rarely say! He not only met our very tight schedule but, he beat it. We got two offers over asking, and selected the offer from the eventual buyers, all within 48 hrs of going on the market! I know that the market has a lot to do with that but, Steve deserves much of the credit for making it all happen.
