Steven Hensley

Steven is a former University of Tennessee Football Player who is bringing the hard work from the football field to the Real Estate Market in East Tennessee. Steven started his professional career in marketing where he spent over 8 years as a field marketing consultant for some of the largest companies in the country. These clients, sent Steven across the country to all 50 states running marketing programs focusing on customer experiences. In August 2017, Steven became a first-time home owner and that experience buying a home was what made him decide to get his Real Estate License. When asked about the experience Steven said "It wasn't something I enjoyed or ever wanted to go through again. The paper work portion of buying a home was very scary because my realtor just said sign here, sign this, without explaining anything. I really wanted the home, so I did but I was never explained the anything such as the paper work, inspections or the appraisal processes". Steven decided he did not want any of his friends or family to have a similar experience, so he got his Real Estate license in 2018 as a partime gig. The business has grown from just 4 transactions in 2018, to 12 in 2019, to 20 in 2020 and now on pace to do 80+ transactions in 2021. In October 2020, Steven walked away from his professional marketing career to pursue real estate full time. Within 12 months Steven grew from just a solo agent to a team of four to fill client needs. The team now features 3 full time Realtors and a Transaction Coordinator that ensures all the i's are dotted and t's crossed while giving that Chick-Fil-A customer service we all love. Steven and the team has partnered with Zillow in several areas around East Tennessee to help answer questions for anyone interested in selling or purchasing a home in the future.
