Steven was our Savior. After having a bad experience with our previous Realtor who we had done business with in the past, we were referred by a friend that Steven would take care of us. It was completely DAY & NIGHT from our previous Realtor. Steven allows a safe space to be heard and understood every step of the way. From our thoughts, financial situation and wants in a home and price, Steven really made it feel like he had our families best interest in mind. At the beginning from start to finish we had nothing but full transparency and involvement in any type of negotiations. He kept us up to date on any new developments during the process would listen to us first then give his advise but ultimately would leave it up to us to make the final call on decision making. Our buying process had many obstacles but never once did I feel stressed because this felt like a real team effort and the support was incredible. It honestly never felt like we were being led a stray or pressured into anything that we didn't feel comfortable with. Steven is an open and honest individual and thank God he applied these principals in his professional life. It would be a disservice to anyone if I didn't recommend Steven for their Realtor needs and this is coming from someone who has Realtor buddies that I've know for many years. STEVEN helped me sell my house from beginning to end. I was able to get MORE than my asking price which was a huge WIN! However, the BEST part working with Steven was having him by my side during the marketing and escrow phase. He made sure I wasn't NERVOUS and I was FOLLOWING the Sellers guidelines. He takes great PRIDE in his work from making sure everything works to the house is clean when it sells. It was a great pleasure working with Steven Guzman.
