WOW this is an easy one. I called a elderly couple about a lot they had a tractor on and it was quite evident that they were way over their heads now since were getting older. They opened their home to me to help them and we got it done and they are more then clients they are family.
After 22 years in the military and transferring every 18 months or 3 or 4 years, we had to depend on the Realtor because we didn't have a clue of the area, school, transportation anything.
