Steve went above and beyond what anyone could ever expect from their agent. My wife and I were approved for a VA Loan through a large national mortgage lender who deals exclusively with VA loans. Unfortunately, the lender contracted the worse possible appraiser and then advised there was not way to proceed with a VA Loan after the VA appraiser's report. Steve found us a local lender who secured us a much better rate and still allowed us proceed with a VA loan. He found a way to address all the issues the first loan company said made the deal impossible and did it all within a couple a weeks.Steve made the whole process less stressful. He kept us informed all along the way and was quick to respond when we had questions. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for a real estate agent.
