About Steven Custis

Hello and thank you for considering me for helping you with your real estate needs. I've always had a passion for real estate and have seen a lot throughout my 10+ years in the industry. I started selling real estate right before the recession of 2008. Contrary to what you might think, my timing was impeccable. This was a very difficult time for almost everyone, especially those trying to sell a home. During this time I learned that a home is usually a person's most valuable asset & no one likes the thought of losing it. I've learned that most people want/need the help and guidance of a true professional, which has always been my goal- to be that professional you're seeking. I currently have several rentals and have flipped numerous homes throughout the years. I believe this experience is beneficial to you because I've personally been in your buying/selling "shoes" several times. I will use this experience to negotiate the best deal for you & to keep the process as smooth and stress free as possible. In 2015 I decided it was time to open my own real estate company. The choice to go with RE/MAX was an easy one. Since that time I have made it my goal to only hire REALTORS that care more about helping people than making a commission. It has always been my goal to put the customer first and do whatever it takes to make their dreams come. I can promise you that we will put you and your needs first! I am confident that this principal is what keep's us as Putnam County's #1 Real Estate Office (2015-2020). A little personal info: I have a wonderful wife named Rachelle. She is a school teacher & varsity coach and loves what she does. We have 3 children that are pretty good most of the time, lol. I love to fish, golf, hunt, play basketball & help coach sports in my free time. I truly cherish my family and the time we spend together & I hope that I can help you & your family in buying/selling your next property!

It all went well and closed on a house he went out of his way to accommodate to the houses I was looking at which were far for him. He texts responds very quickly and is in the phone calling with updates on property never leaving you without information you could know. And he was always in a good mood when in person never rude answered my questions throughly and when and if I wanted to put a offer in he was very quick in doing so.
