Steven Baird

Corey J. Baird is a Broker- Salesperson, Owner and Realtor for The Baird Group Real Estate Services. Corey joined The Baird Group in 2004 after attending Dixie State College and serving on a mission for his church. He is a licensed Realtor in the state of Nevada and a member of the National Association of Realtors. He is a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist. Corey's responsibilities includes personal sales, overseeing administrative operations for the company: Private party sales, asset management and preservation, processing probate, bankruptcy, and short sales, home owner association liaison and property evaluations. He is also involved with implementing marketing strategies, overseeing funding for sales, and participating in business development.
