Steve is incredible, and I couldn't recommend someone more! Not only did he assist us prior to our contracting him as our agent, he also went above and beyond as our agent. We lived several thousand miles away from the home we were buying, and Steve was great about communicating with us every step of the way, as well as going above and beyond in representing us and ensuring that our best interests were always his priority. Steve is professional and friendly. I had specific things I was looking for in a land purchase and he searched until he found exactly what I was looking for. He then helped negotiate a price that was agreeable to both parties. Steve was always available to answers questions (and I had a lot). This was my first land purchase and he researched things I was unaware of in purchasing land (PERC test?). I would highly recommend Steve to anyone wanting to purchase real estate.
