Steve Walter

Steve has lived on Longboat Key for over 20 years, where he and Janet have raised their two daughters. After graduating from the University of Florida, Steve started in enterprise technology sales. His experience has enabled the Walter Group to leverage sophisticated digital marketing strategies that put the property in front of the right buyer at the right time. This has led to attracting buyers from all over the country. One of the most rewarding aspects of helping clients experience the Sarasota Islands' lifestyle is showing newcomers the area by boat. It allows for special showings, including the property and the Longboat Key outdoor experience. When not working in (and on) Walter Group, Steve enjoys volunteering his time to aid in disaster relief. Steve has had many deployments with Samaritan's Purse and Christ Church of Longboat Key to help hurricane victims recover.
