Steve went above and beyond for us! Couldnt recommend him enough! We started looking in January and we almost bought a home but we realized we werent ready. He was so patient in helping us take our time and find the RIGHT home that we LOVED , not just liked! It is now April and we just closed on a home we love because of how responsive and on top of things he was. Our home was on the market for 3 days and there was already an offer. He was out of town but still worked to get us in THAT day! We ended up making an offer ( a great and competitive one!) and we got it! We are new to the area and he was also great helping us find a contractor, setting up utilities, getting us connected to a great lender, and helped us with a very fast closing date!
