I represented a buyer who was a Veteran. He and his wife were first time home buyers. The first time we met, they were nervous and overwhelmed by the process of buying a home. It didn't take long to find the house they loved but in that short time, they asked plenty of questions and were confident when they chose to proceed with the purchase. When we were finished and they closed on the property, to see how happy they were and thankful for my help really made me feel like I was able to do something in return to someone in the military to show my appreciation of what they do to ensure our freedoms and way of life.

I always wanted to get into real estate after high school. In my early 20's I purchased a foreclosed property and rehabbed it top to bottom. I felt that the agent who represented me didn't explain the process as well as they could have. I wasn't aware that I could have had a home inspection. I felt that I could provide a great service in something that I loved and truly represent someones best interest.

I have rehabbed numerous homes and grew up in a family that was in construction. I believe i have a decent knowledge of the way homes are built as well as the quality of workmanship.
