My name is Steve Shaw with Homewaters Realty. . From my base Alpena MI I serve clients wishing to market or purchase luxury recreational property throughout Northern Lower MI and the Eastern Upper Peninsula. My average list price is well above the market average and every property I have with few exceptions is on acreage, a golf course, or a body of water. This is what I specialize in. I was born in Northern Michigan and I love it here. I love all that Northern MI has to offer. From the meandering streams to the deep cedar forests.
