ZillowVERIFIEDI must admit I am not the easiest person to please, and my anxiety is off the charts, with that said Steve Salemno was very patient in listening to our needs when we were looking for a new home. He listened to what we were looking for and delivered what we weren't expecting, and then some. He is very professional , knowledgeable in his field and isn't shy of landing the best deal we could have gotten. Steve would explain things very well to us if there was something we didn't understand or see during our tours of homes. EX: pointing out water issues that weren't disclosed or foundation issues. Patience, Knowledgeable, Willing to go out of his way for a better deal, Understands YOUR needs, the list goes on. Would absolutely recommend Steve to anyone looking to buy a home.

We looked at a number of properties for a beach vacation property for personal use over the course of a few weeks. We narrowed it down to two and put in an offer on one of them! The offer was quickly accepted and we closed in what seemed like no time on the day we needed. Communications were very responsive by email and by text. Steve provided GREAT guidance all the way through the process from seeing the first property, through final walk thru and closing!

ZillowVERIFIEDI totally agree w/ all the other 5-star reviews, so rather than repeat, I'll just add a few other thoughts. Working with Steve was a true PARTNERSHIP. At my request, we met the year before I wanted to sell my house, and then again as needed. This resulted in a seamless selling process. I was very pleased with Steve's stellar MARKETING efforts. The photos and description highlighted the best features of my home, which resulted in numerous offers (most above asking price) and a highly satisfactory sale in 4 days. Steve's PERSONALITY made working with him a pleasure. He is easy-going with a nice sense of humor, but always professional and responsive. I totally trusted his judgement throughout the process. To summarize, "Steve is THE best".
