We looked at a number of properties for a beach vacation property for personal use over the course of a few weeks. We narrowed it down to two and put in an offer on one of them! The offer was quickly accepted and we closed in what seemed like no time on the day we needed. Communications were very responsive by email and by text. Steve provided GREAT guidance all the way through the process from seeing the first property, through final walk thru and closing!

At my request, we met the year before I wanted to sell my house, and then again as needed. This resulted in a seamless selling process. I was very pleased with Steve's stellar MARKETING efforts. The photos and description highlighted the best features of my home, which resulted in numerous offers (most above asking price) and a highly satisfactory sale in 4 days. Steve's PERSONALITY made working with him a pleasure. He is easy-going with a nice sense of humor, but always professional and responsive. I totally trusted his judgement throughout the process. To summarize, "Steve is THE best".

ZillowVERIFIEDSteve is the absolute best. He is kind and responsive but above that, he is honest and SUPER knowledgeable. Steve and I spent almost 2 years looking for a house on and off. He always gave me solid honest advice. He knows everything about heating and cooling systems and can date a roof usually within a year or two based on sight alone. He knows what inspectors look for, he knows what good work on a house looks like and he can identify shoddy work. He would tell me when a house would be an ongoing expensive project or when the neighborhood wasnt great for me- this was crucial because I bought my house as a single woman. I want to be in my house forever, but if I ever sell, Steve will be my agent without hesitation and without a doubt. He worked SO hard for me to have this house- he got the seller to accept my offer and left money on the table. More than once, sellers agents told me they appreciated how hard he was working to get my multiple offers accepted. Go with Steve and you will have the best agent possible. Steve has all the qualities you would want in a realtor: knowledgeable about different types of homes and neighborhoods, quick and clear responses (whether through text or phone call), always on time, and keeps up with new technology (a lot of paperwork is signed digitally now). After seeing about 20 homes and putting in 3 offers, I finally was a homeowner! Now jump forward 12 years, and it's the year 2025. I needed to move and was looking to buy a home. The marketplace has changed a lot in 12 years. I reached out to Steve without hesitation. Once again, Steve was an A+ realtor. He was there for every step of the process and made sure we understood everything that was happening. He makes himself available at almost any hour of the day. He went above and beyond by helping us find a good deal on our mortgage and even referred us to some trusted contractors, upon request. Even after the home purchase settled, Steve was there to answer some follow-ups that came up.
