I originally inquired about this property July 8th. My wife and I found ourselves needing to move urgently from Dallas due to a job promotion and relocation. We had a deadline of August 1st to find a place near Colorado Springs. Steve replied 20 DAYS LATER asking if we wanted to tour the home or apply. At this point we have already acquired a place to stay. Steve's lack of professionalism or care for the time of others shows through his actions, or lack there of.

Steve was very professional from the start. He came into my very personally complicated situation and made me feel at ease with each step, and guided the process very seamlessly and smoothly! Within 2 weeks I had a couple of offers on the home and I was under contract. Everything went so much better than I could have planned or hoped for. Steve was GREAT!!!!!!

I was looking to buy my first home. I had contacted another real estate agent and was getting nowhere. I ended up looking online and had asked about a house I saw. Steve responded almost immediately. He asked what I was looking for and where and within a few hours, he had sent me a list of homes. We met the next day to look at a few houses and after an extensive search and looking at quite a few houses, Steve found me my first home. He was very helpful with the whole process and helped me every step of the way. I would recommend anyone that is looking to buy a house to give Steve a call. He is very professional. I would feel very comfortable telling anyone to give Steve a call.

While we were living in WV, we found Steve's web site - we signed up to receive weekly e-mails of listings. Within a few hours of completing the online form - Steve called us to introduce himself. He stayed in touch with us prior to coming out in March for a house hunting trip. While we were in Colorado, Steve took us everywhere to see the houses we had selected from online listings. He is very familiar with the Colorado real estate market - no heavy-handed pressure to buy. When we decided to make an offer on a home, he helped us through the process. Our offer was accepted and he walked us through the process - as we had to close via the mail. We highly recommend him!
