We had a deadline of August 1st to find a place near Colorado Springs. Steve replied 20 DAYS LATER asking if we wanted to tour the home or apply. At this point we have already acquired a place to stay. Steve's lack of professionalism or care for the time of others shows through his actions, or lack there of.

Within a few hours of completing the online form - Steve called us to introduce himself. He stayed in touch with us prior to coming out in March for a house hunting trip. While we were in Colorado, Steve took us everywhere to see the houses we had selected from online listings. He is very familiar with the Colorado real estate market - no heavy-handed pressure to buy. When we decided to make an offer on a home, he helped us through the process. Our offer was accepted and he walked us through the process - as we had to close via the mail. We highly recommend him!
