My family and I were in great hands with Steve and his team. Steve helped us sell our place in Chicago and purchase a home in the 'burbs. He was very accommodating of our busy schedules and last minute requests for showings. I felt like he had our best interests at heart and always had our backs - sharing his experience and knowledge in an industry we weren't familiar with. Being out of state while trying to buy a home here, the one thing that we really appreciated that helped us, was how quick Steve was to respond to our constant messages, requests, and questions. His quick response and action, and zoom meetings with us, plus great negotiating skills helped us get under contract for our home without contending with multiple offers, that largely smoothened this transition for us. Steve was very involved with the entire process to sell my mothers house.
