Steve was so helpful in this very hot and complex real estate market. We made multiple offers and lost homes but Steve kept delivering new fresh opportunities to find us a home. Once in agreement, he helped us with getting work done correct and on time since we had a fast closing date too. Throughout the process Steve delivered answers that we needed to be comfortable with the process. Steve even helped us remove and sell furniture left behind by previous owners.
