He offered an appraisal that was very good and his office was able to sell the property writhin a very reasonable period of time! We were referred to Steve to help us relocate back home to WV from Charlotte NC, and he was wonderful! Moving state to state is not an easy process, but Steve was EXTREMELY helpful. He was able to show me listings any time I could come up from Charlotte for a day or two, and when we ended up finding a house in my hometown that was outside of his normal area he still helped us every step of the way with the offer, negotiations, walk through, closing, everything. He even advised me on a few things with selling our house in Charlotte when my NC agent wasnt always available. He worked crazy hours dealing with our unique situations with this house, and came down quite a ways from the Beckley area in order to be there for our final walkthrough. He has even checked in with us several times after closing to make sure we got everything situated with our utilities and a couple other miscellaneous things we had going on with this house. I cant say enough how great Steve was to work with! Highly recommend!!
