Steve Montgomery is the owner of The Montgomery Group at Keller Williams, with nearly 300 sales during his 7-year tenure, a consistent top 5 ranking in one of the highest producing real estate offices in Orlando, and tracking towards 115 transactions over the next 12 months. Steve, and his small sales team operate within the Greater Orlando market, serving all of Central Florida, and have come to be known within the industry for their daily accountability systems, utilization of key metrics tracking, and being a prospecting based team. With that prospecting backbone, Steve's team operates at an over 50% profitability margin, significantly higher than most businesses of the same size. As a former Reading Education teacher for 15 years, Steve has been able to use a teaching based approach in real estate which has led to a strong repeat and referral business not only with past clients, yet also in agent-to-agent referrals.
