In this crazy housing market, it pays to have an experienced team to work with in finding that one house you cant say no to, that you absolutely must have. Steve and Jenny are a wonderful team, their experience and expert approach to the market let us know what to expect within our price range. I would highly recommend them as first time home buyers, they were patient with us, their PhD of Real Estate took care of the novice skill set. One of the biggest things that impressed me is that they are willing to get better and learn as the market changes, it shows they hit the grind hard, putting the work to be Alphas while other agents fall behind in the pack.
