He WAS our agent. He told us we were under contract & even sent a contract to our mortgage lender to move forward with the purchase. However, he "misunderstood" the paperwork which resulted in us NOT being under contract, the property was then sold to someone else, and we are now out a LOT of $$$$$ because of his poor handling and understanding of the legalities of buying/selling property, and lack of email review/actions with the selling agent when the agent advised him there were now multiple offers (this notice came in well after he told us we were already under contract)!

I found Mr. Steven Mason to be a man good to his word when he helped me buy a home in Harrogate, Tn. He was always candid and truthful with me in every way leading up to the closing.
