To bad mouth him to others shows you shortcomings as a person. Steve has worked his butt off for us. Must mean you are not worth his butt. I hold Steve in the highest regard. You I do not. If you are in the house market and not using Steve your loss. Steve has said for years he will not sell in a flood plain. That simple.
