Working with Steve to find our new home in Southern Illinois was one of the best decisions we ever made. We were moving from Alabama to Illinois and Steve was always accommodating to show us houses on our schedule when we could be up there to look at them. His knowledge of the Southern Illinois area is very impressive he was able to find us exactly what we were looking for a house with land and the perfect setting it was like I told Steve what I wanted and he pulled it right out of his back pocket before the home was even on the market. Definitely felt like my husband and I got the best realtor in Southern Illinois and one of the best people I have ever met.

To the person who gave a bad review. I have dealt with Steve for 14 years. If he is not going to sell where you want to buy maybe you should get another agent. To bad mouth him to others shows you shortcomings as a person. Steve has worked his butt off for us. Must mean you are not worth his butt. I hold Steve in the highest regard. You I do not. If you are in the house market and not using Steve your loss. Steve has said for years he will not sell in a flood plain. That simple.

Steve has been very patient with my husband and I for the last five years. We have been on again/off again looking for a house that fit us. Steve was always there to help us and never tried to pressure us into buying. He has answered numerous questions to help us find a house that fit our budget and met our standards. Steve Landreth has been a blessing in our selling process. We were nervous and had some reservations about listing our home, however, Mr. Landreth calmed our nerves and jumped on board with his assertiveness and care. He has a way of making us feel like we are his only client. We called numerous local real estate agencies and no other realtors showed the drive and interest as Mr. Landreth did. We even got stood up by a local real estate agent before we contacted Steve. Steve Landreth took charge immediately and has made us feel very secure and comfortable. On more than one occasion during our process, Steve has put our needs ahead of his own.
